What should I do before your first visit?

A little prep helps us move fast and place devices exactly where they will work best. Note where you have seen droppings, nests, gnawing, or heard nighttime scratching. If helpful, jot a quick list by room (pantry, under-sink, laundry, basement, attic, garage). Clear easy access to those areas—move light items a few inches from baseboards, make space under sinks, and safely pull small appliances forward if possible. Store human and pet food in thick plastic or metal containers with tight lids. Tidy crumbs, wiping surfaces, and secure trash and recycling; this reduces competing food, so our placements are more attractive. Plan for pets to be away from service areas during and right after the visit. If we will need gate, alarm, or garage codes, have those handy. Prefer text reminders? We will enable them. When we arrive, we will inspect, place devices, and go over your customized plan and exclusion punch list. With the home prepped, we can do more on one visit, get knockdown faster, and start protecting your space immediately.
