With our company growing, we're making improvements to our office workflows to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Over the next several months, you'll notice some changes in how we contact you about your upcoming appointments. We ask for your patience as we work through these changes.
Client Communications
Moving forward, all client communications will be sent through our software platform via text at 614-635-7688. Please remember this is a text-only number—calls will not come through here. While this line will pick up texts and photos, it will not pick up emoji reactions to the text message.
We recommend adding this number to your phone as "Restoration Pest Text Line" to make sure our texts reach you and don't get filtered as “unknown.”
We keep an eye on this text line during regular business hours, and you're welcome to text us back with any questions or requests that are not immediately time-sensitive.
Client Notifications
In the past we have been able to add pricing information into the notifications. Going forward we will not be able to add this information. Pricing for your service will not change without specific notification from us. For a reminder to view the cost of your service please log in to our Client Portal via our website (www.restorationpestmanagement.com). If you do not have access to your client portal, please let the office know and we will be happy to get you set up.
You can find the cost of your next service by navigating in the Client Portal to “Menu-My Account-My Services-Upcoming Services. And you can see your recurring program by selecting “Services” at the bottom of this page.
Last Minute Changes
You will also receive an auto text notification on this line when your technician is on their way. Please note that while we monitor messages, we may not be able to accommodate last-minute changes to same-day service through this text line. Please try and communicate service requests before the day of service. For urgent same-day adjustments, please reach out to our office at 614-204-8630.
During this changeover period, you may still receive notifications from Justin or Rebekah’s phone numbers, but we're gradually moving all communications to the new text line. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we launch this new system!
